Pia Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days, provided that it is in its original condition—clean, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in a resellable state.

Important Information

• Returns are not accepted for sale collection items. However, size and model exchanges are possible.
• The shipping cost for online orders is covered by Pia Brand. However, return or exchange shipping costs must be paid by the sender.

PIA reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. 

A refund will be made when goods are received in good condition and complete. It can take some time before the refunded amount appears on your credit card. Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) day return deadline is not be eligible for an exchange.

International Orders – Shipping & Duties

• Delivery Times: International delivery takes up to 7 working days, excluding customs clearance. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and available shipping services.
• Shipping Carriers: We primarily use UPS Worldwide for international shipments. Other shipments may be handled by DHL or postal services. A tracking number will be provided for each shipment.
• Shipping Costs: International shipping costs may apply, depending on the destination.

• Customs Duties & Taxes:
• All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivery at Place) terms.
• Import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
• Pia is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by the destination country.

• Returns & Refunds:
• Any return fees or additional costs charged to Pia will be deducted from the refund amount.
• In case of a return, all taxes and duties must be paid by the customer.
• If the customer refuses to pay import duties or return costs, Pia will not be responsible for any related charges.
